I frequent this location when I'm in the mood for some classic breakfast. I usually order the sirloin tips/eggs/hashbrowns/pancakes.Its closest to my house. the food is good. better than other IHOP locations. The staff are friendly and polite. Plenty of parking.

Good amount of parking on the exterior, easy accessibility. We went around noon and was really packed from the morning rush. Waited 10-15 mins to be seated. Table we were seated at was a little wet so were our utensils so that was a little gross. Our waiter greeted us quickly , we got our food pretty quick too. The soup was good but it was not hot when we received it, just warm. The food was hot though and was delicious. I ordered the chicken fajita omelet and surprisingly loved it. The French toast was fluffy and fruits taste fresh. After we finished eating the waiter dropped off our check and I never saw him again. I usually don’t care but needed a box so had to ask the cashier at the front, he was no help and I had to track our waiter down. Overall good experience.
